- New member form. If you are planning or have joined Rumple, please submit the new member form. This helps us get to know you better and keep our records accurate.
- Church space policies and facilities request form. Want to host an event or meeting on campus? Please review our policies. Once reviewed, submit your request via the facilities request form. Please note that your request is not confirmed until you receive an email from a staff member.
- Wedding policies , fees , and wedding application. Want to have a wedding at Rumple? Please review the policies and fees. If you would like to move forward, please complete the application and we will be in touch.
- Agency funding request form. If you are a non-profit, located in Watauga County, looking for funding, please fill out our agency request form. In order to allow us time to prayerfully consider your request, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the second Monday of the month for which you are making a request.
