Bluegrass Sunday, April 14th

We are delighted to welcome back our group of local musicians to share a time of bluegrass music at our 11:00 o’clock worship hour on Sunday, April 14th, 2024. Rumple’s own Bruce Hill along with Diana Wilcox, Gary Lane, Lou Hodges, Tommy Smith and Marlene Crosby will share a set of ten songs that speak to the faith of a style of music that is very much at home in the High Country. With titles like, I Am a Pilgrim, Using My Bible As a Roadmap, and Just a Closer Walk With Thee, the group that call themselves, The Blowing Rock Jam Group, will take us to “church” with their strings and voices that will no doubt connect us to our past whether as a local or flat-lander. Join us as we follow the psalmist that says, “Let everything that breathes, praise the Lord (Psalm 150:6) See you then!
