Kaleb Shulda

Kaleb is our new Facilities Maintenance Technician at Rumple. He was born in western Massachusetts and grew up in Elizabeth City, NC. He transferred from East Carolina University to Appalachian State in 2011, and has been living in the area for the past 15 years. While studying Anthropology and Sustainable Development, he worked and resided on the university’s teaching and research farm as well as worked in hospitality. Kaleb loves Boone and the surrounding area so much that he stuck around working in management at a few staple businesses here in town. 

Kaleb and his fiancé, Hannah, are getting married in September 2026 and look forward to becoming even more involved in the community of The High Country.
