Rumple welcomes Dr. Bair Shagdaron as Permanent Accompanist 

Dr. Shagdaron is a Professor of Piano at Appalachian State.  Born in Moscow, Russia, he began studying music at the age of four.  An internationally acclaimed pianist, he has been teaching piano at ASU since 2000.  Before teaching at ASU he was a professor of piano at a university in Kansas.  He holds multiple graduate degrees in piano performance and composition. 

Bair has shared that he has enjoyed meeting the people in our congregation and considers Rumple to be a “good place.” The addition of classical repertoire to worship has been wonderful and we look forward to more beautiful music in the coming months and years. Welcome, Bair!
